Motherhood isn’t about having all the answers- it’s about showing up with love, doing your best, and learning to Go With The Flow.

Providing education, encouragement and support when you need it most.

Breastfeeding is the most natural thing in the world- so why does it feel completely unnatural? Breastfeeding can be extremely challenging and painful and can leave us feeling defeated during the most vulnerable of days. Asking for help is a strength, not a weakness. If you are needing support, guidance or even reassurance, let me be your breastfeeding coach and cheerleader all in one!

I offer in-home lactation consultation appointments in the Greater Heights areas and beyond to provide assistance with latch assessment, bottle feeding, equipment sizing and education, general feeding questions and everything in between!

I also offer prenatal education classes! Grab your partner and get ready to feel prepared to embark on this exciting and wild parenting journey. I offer classes on breastfeeding, basic infant care and infant CPR.

If you’d like to get them all knocked out at once, check out the Baby Bootcamp option! I am thrilled to announce a collaboration with Blue Fish Pediatrics for our Blue Fish Baby Bootcamp coming in January 2026! Blue Fish Baby Bootcamp is a group class that is offered once a month and covers all 3 topics in one amazing class with an additional segment taught by a Blue Fish Pediatrician!

Get ready to feel ready!

Services and Support

Breastfeeding

Breastfeeding can be very challenging and even painful in the beginning when mom and baby are still learning together. During an in-home visit, I can observe a feeding session and help ensure that you are using the best position and achieving a deep latch to help alleviate the risk of nipple damage and ensure optimum milk intake by your baby.

Breast Pump Support

Pumping is a lot of hard work and not to mention a lot of dishes! I can help provide education for your breast pump and flange sizing to ensure that you are using the right equipment for optimum milk transfer.
